Living with vitiligo study

Posted on 26th September 2023  2 minute read

The University of Dundee is looking for people to help with their new study aimed at better understanding the experience of those living with vitiligo.

What would participants be doing?

An online survey will be used to obtain first-person accounts of what it is like living with vitiligo. For this reason, the survey mostly concerns open-ended questions, where you can tell us about your experience using your own words. The survey also includes some questions asking for demographic and clinical information. Completing the survey will probably take about 15 minutes.

All collected data is anonymous, and once you begin the survey you may withdraw at any time simply by closing the online survey (no explanation is needed, and any data up to that point will be erased).

Who can participate in this study?

Key requirements for participation:

  • You must be aged 18 or above
  • You must be diagnosed with vitiligo

How can I take part?

I have questions – who should I contact?
