Support, Information & Advice
We provide trusted vitiligo information, advice and emotional support for people affected by vitiligo across the UK. Through our helpline, live information webinars and dedicated volunteer team, we offer compassionate support shaped by lived experience.
Living with vitiligo can raise many questions. It can also affect confidence, wellbeing and everyday life. For this reason, our services exist to help you feel informed, supported and less alone.
How we can support you
Our friendly team of volunteers all have personal experience of how vitiligo can affect your life. While our services never replace the advice of medical professionals, we are here to listen, offer reassurance and signpost you to accurate, trustworthy information about vitiligo.
We can support you by:
- listening when you need to talk
- sharing reliable information about vitiligo
- helping you understand NHS treatment pathways
- signposting to camouflage, counselling and other support
- answering questions you may not feel comfortable asking elsewhere
You do not need a referral to access any of our services.

Vitiligo Helpline
Our vitiligo helpline is a compassionate phone service for anyone affected by vitiligo.
The helpline is available Monday to Friday, 10am–3pm, and allows you to speak directly with a member of our team. During the call, we offer time, understanding and practical guidance.
Our team can:
- talk through your concerns
- explain NHS treatment options available in the UK
- signpost to information about camouflage and counselling
- help you find reliable resources
Although our team are not medical professionals and cannot advise on which treatment is right for you, they can help you understand the options available and where to find further support. Call 020 3778 2204 to speak to us.

Our webinars cover topics such as:
